Dear Prospective Homeowner,

 

Thank you for your interest in our Homebuyer’s Educational Class. This letter is just to remind you that you have pre-registered to take our next class (on the date you selected).

 

In order to guarantee your space, you need to complete the registration in our office and pay the material fee of $30 ($50 per couple) Cash or Money Order. Class space is on a first come first served basis, pre-registering will not secure your space until the material fee is paid.

 

The fee will cover morning refreshments, class materials, & lunch. 

 

This class will be held at Emanuel Hospital, 501 N. Graham Portland, OR (map), in the MOB West Room. The class will go from 9:00am to 5:00pm. You can always enter at the main entrance of the hospital and they can direct you to the class.
